  • We will send you a welcome document that includes our address, travel information, and key access details. This will ensure you have all the necessary information to make your visit smooth and enjoyable.

  • Our studio is available for booking from 8 AM to 8 PM, Monday through Sunday. For specific hours, please check our booking system. Out-of-hours or special requests can be made via email.

  • The studio spans over 850 square feet, providing ample space for your creative projects.

  • Your rental includes access to our curated sets, infinity cove, and basic studio equipment:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session will receive a full refund. For cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, no refund will be issued. Please refer to our booking terms for more details.

    Are there any restrictions on what I can do in the studio?

    We ask that you respect the studio space and equipment. Please avoid any activities that could damage the studio or equipment. All under-18s must be accompanied by an adult (18+). For a full list of rules and restrictions, please refer to our studio guidelines.

  • Spaces 13 & 14 belong to Scene Content Loft; you can use both of these. There are also unmarked communal spaces available. If you cannot find parking, there is plenty of free on-street parking nearby.

  • Yes, we offer event hosting services for workshops, influencer events, networking gatherings, brand product launches, and small fitness classes such as yoga. We can work with you to create your dream event with our connections. For more details on additional services, please contact us directly.

  • No, a photographer is not included with the studio rental. However, we can recommend local, trusted photographers to meet your specific needs. Please email us with details of the type of photographer you require, and we will be happy to assist.

  • We are a 10-minute drive from Sheffield Train Station.

    We are also just an 8-minute drive from Dore & Totley Station.

    By Car:

    Scene Content Loft is easily found on Google Maps.

    If using a GPS or entering the address manually, please specify “150 Little London Road”. Note that this road has recently been divided, and access is only available from one side.

Housekeeping:

Kitchen: Available for use; we ask that you respect our neighbours and clean up after yourself.

WC: Standard and disabled WC facilities are provided.

Lift: Access to the studio is available via a lift for convenience.

Soundproofing:

Our studio is not fully soundproof. There may be occasional noise from other businesses in the building. Please respect our neighbours and keep speaker volumes at a considerate level.

Responsibility for Damages:

* The client hiring the studio is responsible for any breakages, losses, or damages caused to the studio or equipment by themselves or anyone else during the booking.

* Full payment will be required for any damages incurred.

* An inspection will be conducted at the start and end of each booking to monitor the condition of the studio and equipment.

* Please be aware that there are cameras in the loft to ensure the security of the space and equipment.

*There is a no lit candle policy to ensure no fire damage to the loft.

Booking Rules:

* Shoe Coverings: Please use provided shoe coverings for anyone not involved in the content shoot.

* Infinity Cove: Tape must be used on shoes when working in the infinity cove. Avoid stepping on the curve to prevent damage.

* Clean-Up: Please leave the studio as you found it, as it is most likely another client will be in straight after you.

* Setup and Clear-Up Time: Your booking slot includes time for both setup and clear-up. Please make sure to leave ample time, as we all know how quickly time can fly when you’re immersed in creating content!

* Overrun Fee: If your booking runs over, an additional fee of £60 will be charged.

* Fire Alarm Test: Please be aware that we participate in a site fire alarm test once a week, which lasts approximately 60 seconds. This may impact your session, and we appreciate your understanding.

T&C’s

  1. Booking Confirmation:

    • Your booking is confirmed once full payment has been received through our online booking system.

    • You will receive an email confirmation with your selected time, date, and any additional services requested.

  2. Cancellations & Refunds:

    • Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled session will receive a full refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking will not be eligible for a refund.

    • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before your session.

  3. Rescheduling Policy:

    • Rescheduling requests must be made 48 hours in advance. If you need to reschedule your session, please email us, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  4. Late Arrivals & Overtime:

    • Your booked time includes set-up and clean-up. Please ensure you manage your time accordingly.

    • If you exceed your scheduled time, a late fee of £60 will be applied.

  5. No-shows:

    • In the event of a no-show, no refund will be issued, and the session will not be rescheduled.

  6. Studio Responsibility:

    • The client is responsible for any damage to the studio, equipment, or props during their booking period. Full payment for any damages will be required immediately.

    • Inspections will be conducted at the start and end of each booking to assess the condition of the space.

  7. Special Requests & Out-of-Hours Bookings:

    • Special requests, including out-of-hours bookings (before 8am or after 8pm), may be accommodated upon request via email and are subject to an additional fee.

  8. Compliance with Studio Guidelines:

    • All clients and their guests must adhere to the studio's guidelines and rules, which are in place to ensure the safety and respect of the space, equipment, and neighbouring businesses.
